GyanPunj - Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions apply to all users of our "Gyanpunj School Of Leadership" application, "www.gyanpunj.edu.np" website, regardless of their registration method (email, phone number, etc.) using any electronic device.

Your access, browsing, or use of the application, website, products, or services through any means signifies your acceptance of these terms and conditions and privacy policy. This agreement constitutes a legally binding contract.

If you do not agree with the terms or privacy policy, please refrain from using our application, website, products, or services.

When registering to use our application or website via any electronic medium, you must provide your photo, full name, address, email, phone number, and password to become a valid user.

Users must read all terms and conditions before making payment or clicking “Enroll Now” button to purchase any course or services. By making payment or clicking "Enroll Now," users confirm that they have read and accepted all the terms and conditions of the application.

Once users deposit funds via eSewa or cash in hand, these funds cannot be refunded under any circumstances. Users are not permitted to request the withdrawal or refund of funds.

Cash bonuses provided by Gyanpunj School Of Leadership Pvt. Ltd. (such as referral or registration bonuses) cannot be refunded or withdrawn but can be used for in-app purchases.

Once users subscribe to any courses, they cannot reverse the plan or request a refund from the company.

The company is not liable for any loss or damage to tablets or other hardware and/or software, including data loss or impact on processing speed, resulting from the use of our products and services.

If any paid live test or Quizes crashes during the event, there will be no refund, but the test will be rescheduled, and users will not need to pay again for the same test.

Participation in the referral program is voluntary, and referrers must comply with the terms and conditions specified on the referral page.

Any feedback provided regarding the Application is non-confidential, and the Application may use such information freely. By submitting feedback, you confirm that it does not contain confidential information of yours or third parties, and the Company has no obligation of confidentiality. You are not entitled to compensation for the feedback unless specified.
